We are staffed by registered nurses that render professional care to pediatric patients at both sites. They anticipate patient and provider needs. They serve as the liaison between the patient and provider for establishing and maintaining quality Patient Care at each visit. They safely perform a range of routine clinical procedures.
During regular hours, nurses are available to return phone calls and offer advice regarding your children. Please allow 1-2 hours for the nurse to return your call. Prescription refills are handled by our nurses. Please call our nurse line and have the name, strength and dosage of the medication as well as the pharmacy number (unless prescription is for controlled substance which must be picked up). Routine prescription refills are only taken during regular office hours and you will need to allow 48 hours (two business days) for these to be filled.
Our nurses handle after-hours calls regarding sick children only until 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and until 6:00 p.m. on weekends. Please do not call for routine questions, formula changes, prescription refills and medication changes after 5 pm on weekdays or on weekends or holidays.
