Insurance

We will file on insurance programs that our physicians are contracted to accept. You are financially responsible for all non-covered services. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay or all charges if we do not accept your insurance plan. We must have your child’s social security number to file insurance, admit your child to the hospital or schedule outpatient procedures.

Accounts

Accounts are kept by a computerized system and statements are sent out monthly. Payments are due monthly, but if you are if you are unable to make payments, please call our accounting manager; otherwise, “overdue” notices will be sent on the statement.
